We are currently adding motivated professionals to capitalize on our expertise in the field:

Director of Business Development

This key member of the management team will be responsible for initiating contact and creating economic relationships between REM Medical and physician practices and hospitals. The successful candidate will be an articulate, well spoken communicator who can engage with physician groups and hospital administrators. The position will be based out of our Seattle office but will require both regional and targeted national travel.

Responsibilities may include:

Building and managing a pipeline of contacts and prioritizing communication in pursuit of targeted and measurable growth objectives
Working alongside the CEO to manage opportunities through successful transaction execution and implementation
Setting overall business development strategy and direction
Creating annual business development plans and providing quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications
Creating market and target customer strategies (with the CEO)
Managing the needs of the company’s customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plans and strategies
Overseeing lead generation and business development growth initiatives
Attending relevant meetings to develop relationships with existing and potential physicians, and medical institutions

The successful candidate must have:

Bachelor’s Degree
Healthcare business development experience preferred
Autonomous / self starter who can take concepts and develop a plan/structure
Disciplined CRM Management
Ability to do market analysis and make strategic recommendations
Adept at Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
